Terms & Conditions – Airport VIP Services
1. Scope of Service
Copenhagen Concierges provides professional Airport VIP Meet & Greet services at Copenhagen Airport (CPH).
The service covers assistance within the airport premises, including check-in, security, immigration, baggage claim, customs, and terminal navigation. Lounge access, airline privileges, or official fast-track processing are not included unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.
Each service includes one professional greeter who will assist with as much luggage as possible. For guests with extensive luggage or larger groups, additional greeters or porter services can be arranged upon request and subject to availability.
2. Service Duration

VIP Meet & Greet – Arrival Assistance: up to 2 hours from the scheduled flight arrival time.

VIP Meet & Greet – Departure Assistance: up to 2.5 hours from meeting time at the airport until scheduled flight departure.

VIP Meet & Greet – Transit Assistance: up to 2.5 hours from scheduled flight arrival to departure of connecting flight.
Additional time beyond the allocated duration will be charged at DKK 625 per commenced 30 minutes.
3. Booking & Coordination
For Departure Assistance, the meeting time between the greeter and passenger must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
If the booking is made through a travel agency that has arranged separate ground transportation, chauffeur details must be provided no later than the day before service.
Greeter details will be shared with the client 24 hours prior to service.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

Cancellations received less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Changes (such as flight number, arrival/departure time, or passenger name) are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Copenhagen Concierges.
5. Flight Irregularities
Our team monitors flight schedules for updates.
In case of delays or early arrivals, the greeter’s schedule will be adjusted accordingly. However, if the delay exceeds 90 minutes, additional waiting time will be charged at DKK 625 per commenced 30 minutes.
If the passenger cannot be located within one hour after the scheduled arrival time, the service will be considered completed and charged in full.
6. Surcharges & Holiday Fees
A night service fee of 30% applies to all services taking place between 22:00 and 06:00.
The following holiday surcharges apply:

24, 25 & 26 December: 100% surcharge

31 December after 16:00: 100% surcharge

1 January between 00:00 and 12:00: 100% surcharge

All surcharges are applied to the total service cost, including additional waiting time or extra greeters if applicable.
7. Important Notes

The service includes assistance through immigration/passport control but does not guarantee official Fast Track access, as this is not formally available at Copenhagen Airport.

Greeters may, when possible, help facilitate an expedited process depending on airport conditions on the day of travel.

Copenhagen Airport’s immigration lines are generally efficient, and delays are usually minimal.
8. Responsibilities & Limitations
Copenhagen Concierges acts as a facilitator and cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

Airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes

Immigration or customs authority decisions

Airport operational issues, security restrictions, or weather conditions
The greeter is not permitted to handle luggage beyond reasonable personal assistance. For larger items or high luggage volumes, porter service must be requested in advance.
9. Liability & Force Majeure
Copenhagen Concierges Driven ApS is not liable for indirect losses, missed connections, or damages resulting from unforeseen events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, security measures, airline operations, or adverse weather.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal and travel information shared with Copenhagen Concierges is used solely for the purpose of coordinating VIP Airport Services. All data is processed confidentially and in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any dispute arising from the provision of Airport VIP Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
