Delivery terms & conditions
Standard delivery
Your order will be delivered to the lucky recipient the following day between 09:00 - 16:00.
If you wish to have the gift delivered on a specific date, please add this date in the field "Notes" in the check out process.
Express delivery
Your order will be delivered the same day when ordering before 14:00 (2:00PM). You are welcome to add delivery instructions in the "Notes" field.
Delivery updates
You will receive updates by email or text message once the delivery is on the way and when the delivery is complete. We will contact you if there are any complications with the delivery.
Unsuccessful delivery
If we unsuccessfully try to deliver the order to the recipient we will contact the recipient and schedule a new delivery free of charge.
Age restrictions

Reveiver of the gift / order must also be over 18 years. We reserve the right to cancel delivery if the receiver is under the age of 18.
